How to submit questions in Student Planner

1. Sign into your CNC Connect account
2. Select "Student Planning"
3. Select "Go to Plan & Schedule"
4. Select the "Advising" tab
5. Under "Compose a Note", type your question in the text box
6. Once complete, click "Save Note"
7. Once your note has saved, select "Request Review" to submit your question to Advising
8. Once an advisor has provided an answer in your account, you will receive an email alert. Please do not reply to the email alert.
